Since 1989, Mongolia has made remarkable progress in the development of its democracy. One of the main factors in this process has been the involvement of citizens and the non-profit community in public affairs. GGFOM cooperates with Mongolian and American groups to continue to support this process of positive change.

In 2008, GGFOM will provide a capacity building services to its partnering non-governmental organizations and civil society movements in Mongolia.
